Those who have been religiously following the wedding planning of Prince William and Kate Middleton are in luck, as new information has been released about the upcoming royal nuptials. According to People magazine, the couple has mailed their wedding invitations.
"They're in the process of being sent out," an insider told the news source. The invitations were kept in the office of Lord Chamberlain, the man responsible for sending the cards to the appropriate people.
While most people may not receive an invitation in the mail, they can still celebrate the impending vows of the beautiful young couple. The Nottingham Post reports that Castle Rock Brewery is making a special beer to commemorate the royal wedding, fittingly titled Kiss Me Kate ale. It is set to hit pubs one month before the April 29 ceremony.
"Kiss Me Kate will be elegant, tasteful and British to the core," Castle Rock head brewer Adrian Redgrove told the news outlet. "It'll be brewed to 5 percent, pale in color and we're sure it'll be the ideal way to toast the couple's future happiness. We'll certainly be enjoying it in our celebrations here at the brewery."
